• You are a people manager with 3 years experience leading a team in a similar work environment
• Full-time availability, with willingness to work in 3 shifts (6:15 AM - 2:45 PM, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, and once every 10 weeks 11:15 PM - 6:15 AM)

As a logistics team leader, you’ll be in charge of a key process in the distribution center! Whether it's unloading/receiving, stowing/picking, or packing/expedition, you'll be leading an international team of around 30 operators and 2 to 4 team coordinators.

Your mission? To inspire, motivate, and guide your team to reach their goals. You'll make sure everyone is happy and help them develop their careers. Your colleagues in the Control Room will keep you up-to-date on all the metrics, ratios, and planning. Plus, you'll suggest process improvements and lead performance meetings with your team.
