Within our team, you collaborate with colleagues focused on data and reporting, while also acting as a backup for team-wide activities. You also have the following responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards that provide insights into HR data.
- Using your knowledge of DAX and SQL to create complex calculations and data models.
- Combining raw data from various sources and translating it into clear, user-friendly dashboards that truly make a difference.
- Applying your affinity with data analysis and visualisation to discover trends and patterns, and turning these into strategic insights.
- Bringing stories to life through data storytelling, so that colleagues not only understand what the figures say, but also how they can apply them.
- Inspiring and guiding HR colleagues in expanding their data knowledge and encouraging data-driven working.
