In your role, you will:
Employee Lifecycle Management & Process Improvement: Oversee onboarding, offboarding and contract management, including orientations, documentation, and transitions. Support the development and implementation of people policies and best practices.
Payroll Management: Manage payroll processing via a third‑party provider, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with Dutch labour laws.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring adherence to legislation and company policies.
Governmental Coordination: Handle mobility topics such as visa applications, relocations, and offboarding. Serve as the main contact for governmental institutions.
HRIS Management & Reporting: Maintain data integrity in HRIS, generate reports, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR Officer / People Operations Role.
Solid background in HR operations, payroll (local/international), employee relations, Dutch labor law, HR policies, CLA/Non‑CLA, and TWV procedures.
Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; experience handling confidential information.
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
