Responsibilities- Act as a senior escalation point for complex 3rd-line issues across the end-user environment.
- Lead backend automation and root-cause analysis to improve reliability and reduce operational workload.
- Deliver and support global infrastructure projects, including migrations and cloud adoption.
- Work closely with IT Operations, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
- Contribute ideas and hands-on solutions to uplift infrastructure, automation, and tooling.
- Help shape the move towards increased cloud usage across multiple international offices.
- 7+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering / IT Operations.
- Strong background in Windows / Microsoft environments.
- Deep experience with AWS (or another major cloud provider) with willingness to pivot to AWS.
- Demonstrable experience with automation (PowerShell, scripting, IaC, etc.).
- Exposure to end-user technologies such as SSO (e.g., Okta) and MDM tools (Intune or JAMF – JAMF experience not essential).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to handle complex end-user issues with clarity.
- Amsterdam (4 days per week in the office, 1 day from home)
- Up to €100,000 base salary (depending on depth of experience).
