Inthisrole,youwillleadthecreationofconsumer-focusedproductsthatalignwiththecategory’smission.Youwillensureaholisticapproachtoproduct design,integratingconsumerinsights,scientificandhealthconsiderations,nutritionalandregulatorycompliance,andcost/valueoptimization.Yourworkwillbekeytodeliveringhigh-qualityproductswithexcellenceandprecision.
Responsibilities- Drivingefficientandeffectiveproduct designanddevelopmenttosupportcategorygrowththroughclosecollaborationwithcross-functionalteams.
- RepresentingSN R&I asthetechnologicallead inproject teams,ensuringalignmentandstrongexecution.
- Guaranteeingthequalityandconsistencyof newformulationqualificationandvalidationprocesses.
- Applying robust design principles, implementing risk mitigation strategies, andmaintainingaccuratedocumentation in line with SN R&I standards.
- MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering,BiochemicalEngineering, Food Technology,Bioprocessing,NutritionScience, or equivalentexperience.
- Minimum of 2years’experiencein product development or R&D,ideallywithinSpecializedNutrition.
- Strongtechnicalexpertise inspecializednutritionandproficiencywithproduct designanddevelopment tools.
- Solidunderstandingofqualityandfoodsafetystandardsforthiscategory.
- Knowledge ofqualificationandvalidationprocesses.
- Familiaritywithproject managementfundamentals.
- Excellentcommunicationandstakeholder engagement skills,withtheabilitytobuildeffectiverelationshipsinternallyandexternally.
- Innovativemindset, attentiontodetail,andapassionfordeliveringimpactfulsolutions.
