About this roleAs an Organic Search (SEO) Data Analyst, you will join our central team in Amsterdam to turn complex data into competitive advantages. This pioneering role allows you to shape how we understand organic performance from the ground up. By weaving our values of lead, deliver, and care into your daily work, you will build new frameworks that drive excellence and help us stay ahead of the competition.
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
These are some of the key components to the position:- Establish a centralised reporting framework for organic performance to serve as the global source of truth.
- Track core Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including traffic, rankings, and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
- Develop innovative methods to monitor Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Model (LLM) generated traffic.
- Own technical analysis of Core Web Vitals and Page Speed to ensure platform excellence.
- Build automated dashboards in Google Looker or Tableau to enable fast, data-driven decisions.
- Perform advanced gap analysis between high-intent search volume and rankings to prioritise growth projects.
- Identify data gaps and create scalable solutions to navigate the challenges of this new role.
- Technical proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and BigQuery to manipulate large, complex datasets.
- Experience building impactful data visualisations using Google Looker, Tableau, or similar technologies.
- Deep understanding of industry tools such as Google Search Console and Chrome User Experience reports.
- Strategic mindset for data segmentation, categorising performance by keyword intent and conversion potential.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive and act responsibly within a brand-new, evolving organisational role.
- Strong communication skills to build collaborative relationships and help the team succeed.
- A proactive work ethic focused on celebrating wins and staying ahead of AI-driven search trends.
