At Parfumado, we believe perfume should be personal, playful and easy to explore. Our discovery‑first fragrance model is loved by tens of thousands of members in the Netherlands and beyond, and now we’re scaling that magic across markets. After a bold rebrand (March ’26 go‑live) and years of sustainable growth, we’re entering our next chapter: a sharper brand, a stronger emotional connection, and a product that keeps people coming back.
This is not just a brand manager role. This is a senior role for someone ready to define what modern fragrance can feel like, and to translate that vision into consistent growth, engagement and loyalty. Someone who knows how to build a love brand at scale, and has done it before.
What you’ll do- Own the brand marketing roadmap, defining campaign moments, seasonal storytelling and long‑term brand strategy across all touchpoints
- Set clear success metrics for brand marketing, including awareness, engagement, retention and campaign performance, and use insights to continuously sharpen our approach
- Lead go‑to‑market for launches, partnerships and cultural moments, from strategy and briefing through to execution and evaluation
- Oversee brand and creative execution across paid, organic, CRM, influencer and packaging, ensuring consistency and distinctiveness
- Act as the connective tissue between creative, growth, CRM, content and product teams, aligning cross‑functional pods around one strong brand narrative
- Translate consumer insights, cultural signals and data into creative direction and brand decisions
- Manage and prioritize brand, creative and campaign budgets, balancing ambition with impact
- Be a strategic sparring partner to the founders, with clear ownership over brand direction and the authority to make decisions within that scope
- 5+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles within a scaling consumer business (beauty, lifestyle, fashion or consumer tech)
- A track record of building brands across multiple channels and markets, including localization and rollout considerations
- Strong creative judgement: you know what makes content resonate emotionally and perform commercially
- Experience working closely with growth and performance teams, understanding how brand and conversion reinforce each other
- Comfort operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels, from setting direction to refining details
- A collaborative leadership style, with experience guiding teams, agencies or partners without heavy hierarchy
- You think in systems and stories, and understand how brand, product and lifecycle marketing work together (subscription or membership experience is a plus)

- As our first Brand Marketing Lead, you’ll play a defining role in how Parfumado shows up in culture and in people’s lives. You’ll work closely with the founders, collaborate with an established creative and content setup, and have the space to shape not just the brand, but also how the brand function grows.
- This role has clear growth potential, whether that’s expanding the team, deepening ownership, or growing into a broader brand leadership role as the company scales.
- Experience leading or scaling in‑house brand or creative teams
- Familiarity with subscription or lifecycle‑driven business models
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- A genuine interest in scent, beauty, fashion or cultural storytelling
