Your mission as a senior Developer

As a senior Developer in the Workspaces team, you are responsible for implementing and maintaining end‑to‑end functionality in our platform. You work together with your team to design and build secure, scalable, and performing solutions. As a senior, you will also mentor other team members.

What you will do:

• Design and develop secure scalable software.
• Build and maintain back end and front end applications as well as Infrastructure as Code.
• Define and communicate technical and functional requirements.
• Contribute to overall application architecture.
• Present features to team and during product demos.
• Take shared ownership within the team.
• Coach other team members.
• Participate in incident response, RCAs and risk assessments.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional development experience in C#.
• Experienced in Angular / TypeScript.
• Profound knowledge of Azure/Cloud PaaS and containers (AZ-204 is a plus).
• Hands on experience with Azure Service bus or other messaging solutions.
• Security‑first mindset.
• Strong analytical mindset and eye for detail.
• Proactive, curious and responsible.
• Enjoys sharing knowledge.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
• Available for hybrid working: 3 days in our office, 2 days from home (fully remote is not an option).
