Job Description:
Crucial role in driving the overall success of Weather Systems Operations by providing exceptional support to our customers. You will coordinate with external and internal stakeholders, and work with the Customer Support team to achieve the desired business outcomes with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting revenue growth.
What you will be responsible for:
- Customer support services
- Project transition to support
- Remote assistance and system installation
- Documentation and training
- Technical expertise and training
- Customer relation management
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Or MBO Niveau 4 Expert IT Systems and Devices or a related field (MBO IT Niveau 4 study).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience with the installation and modification of complex systems
- Understanding of weather systems and related technologies is preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, ITIL).
- Preferably a driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between €30,000 and €40,000 annually. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
