In this role, you have the opportunity to
Maintain, expand, and improve existing manufacturing landscape of Micro Devices, covering all aspects (maintenance, engineering, Quality and supply chain).
You are responsible for
- Maintain and update equipment software and test-tooling used within manufacturing.
- Support the current project leader with maintaining and improving existing SAP (MES) landscape.
- Work according to QMS and other local regulations.
- Support the local factory on a day-to-day basis as a 1st contact for the local business in MES related requests.
- Configuring Dashboards and task overviews for various disciplines within Micro Devices.
- Support PLM system (Product Lifecycle Management).
- Quality support in reviewing manufacturing and process documents.
- Creating e-learnings via TEDS system.
- Maintaining VM (Virtual Machines).
- Maintaining various databases that support the complete manufacturing process (process matrix; training matrix; chemical matrix; equipment matrix; ESD matrix, etc.).
- Creating/improving various templates and forms.
You are a part of
A multi-functional team responsible for all aspects of the Micro Devices excellence: Engineering, Maintenance, operations, and supply chain. In this role, you will report to the Manufacturing Manager and collaborate with many other teams and stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Process development, IT, Sales, etc.).
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent competence gained through working experience.
- Experience with configuration and validation of MES (Manufacturing execution systems).
- Experience or strong affinity with manufacturing technology and business processes.
- Advanced skills in MS-Office tools (MS-Teams; MS-ToDo; MS-Excel; MS-Word; MS-Planner; MS-PowerBI).
- Advanced skills in scripting/programming and databases (SQL, Python, Visual Studio, VBA, ...) including validation.
- Configuring Dashboards for various disciplines within Micro Devices.
- Quality mindset.
- A strong "team player" with excellent people skills.
- Excellent communication skills, a professional level of written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
