• As a Sales Support Analyst for the Home & Deco / Tech team, you are part of our sales department.
• You support the key account managers on the offer preparations and you provide a good operational management of the sales.
• You help prepare the commercial analysis of the offers in order to guarantee its attractiveness to our members and you are in direct contact with our brands to ensure a smooth sales organization process.

• You analyze the offers from suppliers for online flash sales on the following metrics: number of references, quantities, pricing, best/bad-sellers, margin.
• You prepare the offers for integration in our IT systems and work closely with other departments to ensure a good integration.
• You do a first pricing of the offer and give input to the key account managers.
• You are in close contact with the brands to request the offers and guarantee the fluidity of the process.
• You keep track of the internal deadlines for offer reception, final stock, and pricing of the sales.
• You prepare the after sales analysis and give the first feedback on the results to the key account manager.

• You have at least a bachelor degree.
• You have an analytical mind.
• You can communicate on a professional level in English.
• Your mother language is Dutch.
• You are an absolute expert with Excel and know how to work in a structured and accurate manner.
• You are highly motivated, result-oriented, and stress-resistant.
• You are well organized and working with deadlines gives you a positive drive.
• You are a team player, sociable, and communicative.
• You have a hands-on, flexible mentality and are not limited to a 9 to 5 mindset.

• Ideally a first/second work experience in a commercial and analytical environment.
