What You Will Be Doing:
As our Housekeeping Quality Checker, you will work closely with an external cleaning company and manage the department alongside the Housekeeping Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all housekeeping activities, ensuring that all team members comply with the company’s quality standards. You will ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained in an orderly and clean manner, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
Verify mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities are correctly stocked and presented.
Update room statuses in PMS to ensure accurate communication with the Front Office team & Maintenance.
Respond promptly and professionally to housekeeping-related requests from guests or management.
Support the housekeeping team by providing feedback on quality and standards when necessary.
Assist in maintaining a scheduled cleaning program for rooms and public areas.

We Want Individuals Who
Have a minimum of one years’ experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role
Speak English fluently (additional languages are a plus).
Have experience in customer service or public contact positions.
Are enthusiastic, positive thinkers, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
