Our platform supports thousands of users every day, handles sensitive data and must scale reliably. As we grow internationally, the infrastructure and cloud platform are critical to our success. As IT Engineer AI Solutions you will be the AI builder at InShared. Together with a team of designers, developers and business stakeholders, you will turn cool ideas into real solutions. For example by:

• Developing chat and voice solutions that help our customers in no time.
• Detecting fraud smarter and faster with clever models.
• Automating processes so colleagues have more time for what really matters.
• Spotting new AI opportunities and simply trying them out.

• A degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with developing and implementing AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or a similar tool.
• Cloud experience (Azure is a big plus).
• It is nice if you have experience with n8n.
• Curiosity, guts, and the ability to make AI both practical and useful.
