About you:
We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Marketer to lead the DACH Marketing Strategy. You will be the market expert and consider yourself a T-shaped marketer who understands the full funnel of a SaaS buyer’s journey and knows how to effortlessly straddle between business strategy and the day-to-day execution.
About the role:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Responsible for the DACH Marketing Strategy to deliver increased market share, build brand awareness, achieve pipeline generation targets, and drive prospects through the buyers’ journey. Develop and implement DACH Strategic Marketing Plan, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Local Campaign Activation: Develop local strategies, campaigns, and co-marketing opportunities that reinforce HiBob’s mission to be the number one player for modern businesses in the DACH market.
- Collaboration with Sales and Business Development: Work closely with the central Marketing teams, Business Development & Sales teams to achieve overall pipeline targets.
- Performance Measurement: Measure, quantify, and report on the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns for the DACH region.
- Market Research and Analysis: Support market research and analysis efforts to evaluate industry trends.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners and DACH industry influencers.
Location: Amsterdam, hybrid 2 days per week with ability to travel to London and Berlin regularly
- Fluency in German is essential
- Extensive experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Proficiency with ABM platforms, such as 6Sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
- Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies for enterprise and up-market segments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Compelling communicator, able to effectively convey complex ABM strategies.
