Transfer Pricing & Tax Manager | Rotterdam (Hybrid)
Position
At the Robeco head office located in Rotterdam a position has become vacant for a Transfer Pricing & Tax Manager. In this role you are reporting to the Head of Global Fiscal Affairs, who reports to the CFRO. This role is part of a small and dynamic team of 5 dedicated and ambitious tax professionals. The team is responsible for the global tax position of Robeco in 15 offices, located on 4 continents, as well as for the tax matters attached to the investment funds and products they offer to their clients worldwide.
More specifically the main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Optimization, advising, monitoring and review of the global Transfer Pricing policy and controlling the Transfer Pricing & Global Corporate Tax risks;
- Maintenance, organizing and review of the Transfer Pricing documentation (CbCR, Master file, Local files and TP documentation), including improvement of the TP processes and controls, making sure that all countries meet their documentation requirements;
- Proactively monitoring new international and Dutch tax legislative developments, considering their impact on the global tax position of the group, providing constructive workable solutions and advice in light of the currently rapidly changing tax landscape;
- Managing and coordinating corporate income tax compliance for the international offices (tax returns are outsourced) in close cooperation with local management and external advisor;
- Being involved in managing the relationship with tax authorities and participate in tax audits and tax litigation.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious, hands-on tax professional with an academic Degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics and approximately 5 to 8 years‘ experience in an international tax advisory firm or in-house. Experience with Transfer Pricing and/or International Taxation is a must, whereas experience in the Financial Services Industry is considered a plus. You need to have good analytical and communication skills, strong problem solving and organizational skills, and last but not least a high level of commitment, team spirit and flexibility.
