We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Analyst to join our Portfolio Management team. You will be part of a young, energetic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world. You will report to the Director Portfolio Management, as we build on our pan-European portfolio and consolidate our position as the market leader in last mile real estate.

What you’ll do
- Support the Director Portfolio Management to track, analyse, and action strategic priorities, including portfolio and country level analysis across all key property performance metrics such as occupancy, leasing, and customer exposure.
- Develop reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics to monitor business performance, assist strategic decisions, and empower stakeholders to derive insights from data.
- Use SQL and Power Query to retrieve datasets from both the data warehouse and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the IT department to align the data warehouse’s structure with business requirements.
- Automate processes by leveraging your expertise in data models and SQL.
- Lead meetings with relevant departments benefiting from the reporting and automation initiatives, such as Asset Management and Property Administration.
- Work closely with the rest of the Portfolio Management team to coordinate and drive country-specific initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong commercial asset and market knowledge, you will be able to explain the portfolio’s performance.
- Prepare presentations for the senior leadership team, shareholder meetings and the asset management leadership team.
What you’ll bring
- Four to five years’ experience in a relevant area, ideally in private equity or asset management, and preferably with a focus on real estate.
- A strong academic background (Master degree) in a relevant area, for example in Data Science, Real Estate or Finance.
- Advanced SQL and data modelling experience.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Salesforce Analytics.
- Ability to manage and oversee many projects and ad-hoc requests at the same time and skilful in prioritizing tasks. General project management skills are a plus.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills. You know how to solve problems and have the tenacity to get things done.
- Commercial mindset and great communication skills. You understand the numbers and you can explain to others what they mean.
- Superb interpersonal skills. You’re a team player who thrives in our fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities effectively. You have a knack for building relationships across all areas within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Outstanding command of English. Additional language skills are a plus.
