In the role of Head of Operations, you are responsible for smooth and impactful customer success management, and project management. You optimize customer and team member engagement by keeping a close eye on planning, progress, milestones, KPIs and intended relevance and outcome of projects. You love to make sure that the best team members are scheduled, and set-up for success, for each project, every time.

You will be part of the Leadership team, working in close cooperation with the Head of Business Development, Head of Brand Experience & Creative, Head of Finance, as well as with the Chief Engagement Engineer (also Head of the Americas), and the Founder & Chief Reverse Engineer (also Managing Partner).

Reporting to you will be the Customer Success & Project Management Team, mainly based in Amsterdam. You will also be responsible for the planning of all specialists on projects, including learning content designers, graphic designers, facilitators and coaches, currently mainly based in Europe and Latin America.

• Optimizing our current ways of working
• Pro-active advice, evaluation & adjustment on our processes
• Overall quality management & control
• Optimal planning of our teams of specialists
• Guiding & coaching the team of Customer Success /Project Managers
• Monitor estimated vs. Actual project budgets in real-time
