Industrial Engineer & Data Scientist

We believe that there are always opportunities to produce faster, better and cheaper. As an Industrial Engineer, you play an important role in these opportunities. You are responsible for improvement projects and/or programs at companies in the automotive and high-tech industry. You work together with the customer to find the best solution and to implement the solution in a pragmatic way. Are you the direct sparring partner for our customers relating to audit & improve, new product introduction and manufacturing intelligence? Then we’re looking for you!

As an Industrial Engineer, you are continuously improving and optimizing the production and business processes. With a data-driven approach, you propose possible solutions. When implementing the improvements, you consider constraints such as safety, quality, delivery reliability, and costs. Ultimately, you contribute to an optimal production output, where aspects such as yield increase, quality assurance, and cost reduction are often dominant.

In collaboration with stakeholders, you (re-)design processes necessary for the correct execution of the production process. You initiate and lead improvement processes and eliminate waste. These improvements are measurable and contribute to the business objectives.

• You have a Master’s degree, preferably with a strong affinity for manufacturing and engineering.
• You have strong analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge and skills in data analysis tools like Python, Excel, and/or Power BI are a plus.
• Besides being precise, you are also a result- and customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Result-oriented, customer-oriented, entrepreneurial, and leadership are key words that apply to you.
