Your role & influence asSystem Cloud AdministratorResponsibility: You will be given responsibility for maintaining and continuously improving the internal cloud environment, while supporting both 2nd and 3rd line IT operations to implement new solutions and resolve business-critical issues.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of the internal cloud environment. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the End User Services and Infra Ops Architecture departments to ensure seamless operations and drive continuous improvement.
Core activities:
- Monitor, maintain, and support the internal IT cloud infrastructure to ensure stability and performance
- Collaborate across 1st and 3rd line support to resolve tickets and contribute to new IT initiatives and solution implementations
- Create, update, and manage technical documentation to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing

For this role specific in Netherlands you can expect:
- You will receive €0.26 per kilometer travel allowance or a complete public transport compensation

Additionally, it's important that you have:
- Experience with supporting IT operations across multiple lines (1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd)
- AZ-104 certification
- Experience in managing, maintaining, configuring and upgrading an Azure / hybrid environment
- Proficiency with Intune and PowerShell, and fluency in English (Dutch or Swedish is a plus)
