As Global Product Manager Information Solutions at CRV, you will lead the strategic development of innovative farm management systems, connecting agricultural expertise with cutting-edge data technology to transform farming worldwide.

In this role, you will shape the future of CRV’s digital information portfolio, including Farm Management Systems, HerdOptimizer, SireMatch, and Ovalert. You will be responsible for the full product strategy— from concept to international rollout—ensuring the solutions deliver measurable value to farmers while contributing to sustainable business outcomes.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Developing strategic product roadmaps based on market analysis, technology trends, and customer insights
• Building strong business cases and translating farmer needs into actionable product requirements
• Managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to international deployment and optimization
• Working closely with local markets to align positioning, pricing, and go-to-market approaches
• Driving growth and profitability through data-informed decisions and performance tracking
• Leading a team of two animal administration specialists for global Genomic Services
• Monitoring industry developments and identifying opportunities for product innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of product management experience in the agricultural sector
• Strong affinity with data analytics and software development
• Proven track record in successful go-to-market execution
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making style
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch (additional languages are a a plus)
