- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across the test lifecycle, including planning, preparation, execution, and closure.
- Drive and coordinate testing efforts during BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) phases.
- Manage testing activities for multiple parallel initiatives within large-scale, complex programs.
- Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test strategies aligned with project goals.
- Oversee defect identification, logging, tracking, prioritization, and resolution using defect management tools.
- Ensure alignment of testing activities with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Provide clear communication on test progress, risks, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders.
- 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in software testing and quality assurance within complex delivery environments.
- Strong expertise in testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, and quality assurance best practices.
- Extensive experience in BAT and SIT testing phases.
- Proven track record of managing testing across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Solid experience with test automation and automation testing practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments and digital delivery platforms.
- Experience using defect and test management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Background working within Agile ways of working as well as Waterfall methodologies.
- Lead testing efforts across complex programs while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and automation strategies.
- Identify risks early and make sound decisions to mitigate quality issues.
- Balance automation and manual testing approaches to optimize testing effectiveness.
- Adapt quickly to changing project needs and delivery models.
