DLL is looking for a DevOps Engineer within the Private Cloud Platform Team (Automation Services).
As a DevOps Engineer, you will drive change across a multi-technology landscape and disrupt conventional ways of thinking. You will be responsible not only for creating DevOps processes, but also for instilling a DevOps culture in the Private Cloud team. You will design and implement DevOps tools, automated workflows, and procedures that will improve DLL’s IT development and operations.
You are passionate about Automation and Innovation. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, technically competent in scripting, and able to partner with other groups within the Private Cloud department to support innovation and automation initiatives end to end of Infrastructure services. Technical knowledge of infrastructure services is expected. The Private Cloud Platform Services department works as a number of self-organizing teams, each responsible for delivering a specific service for customers.
Day to day:- Collaborates with DLL’s global team to develop and improve methods and processes for supporting the user community’s technology needs.
- Has knowledge of, and experience with scripting, automation, and improving automated Infrastructure services.
- Develop a DevOps culture within the Infrastructure Team.
- Troubleshoot automated workflows and coding.
- Design and build automated solutions for the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of on-premise and/or cloud-based systems.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to improve development processes and business value delivery.
- Mentor colleagues to create a DevOps and “Shift Left” mindset.
- Drive and support automation and innovation initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:- 3+ years strong hands-on DevOps experience within Infrastructure Private Cloud.
- Troubleshooting skills related to automated workflows and coding.
- Technical knowledge about Infrastructure Services.
- Passion for coding (Powershell / Python).
- ServiceNow experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to use DLL’s existing tools and processes, execute accordingly, and provide recommendations for service maturity.
- Multi-Cloud mindset.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Ansible.
