FIELD MARKETING MANAGER (w/m/d)

• Development of marketing campaigns to increase qualified leads.
• Market research and analysis of market needs and requirements, including the development of campaigns to increase awareness (messaging, campaigns, etc.).
• Organization of customer events such as conferences to present GETEC and strengthen customer relationships.
• Development of an understanding of strategic customers' challenges to identify key players and understand decision-making processes.
• Close collaboration with our sales team as part of current marketing activities.

• You have a completed degree (e.g., in marketing, economics, psychology, media, communication, or similar) or equivalent education combined with ideally 10 years of work experience.
• You have worked in Field Marketing in a B2B industry environment.
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy marketing.
• Hands-on approach to delivery.
• Strong demand generation skills and client-centric mentality.
• Your independent, responsible, and structured way of working sets you apart.
• Your excellent English skills complete your profile.
