You’re a technically skilled, solution-oriented professional with a strong background in data center infrastructure. You’re confident in navigating complex electrical systems and industry standards, but you also know how to connect with clients, communicate clearly, and make technical solutions easy to understand. You’re proactive, collaborative, and always focused on delivering the best possible outcome.
- solid experience in power distribution systems (HVAC/MV/LV)
- strong knowledge of high/low-voltage equipment (switchgear, UPS, PDUs, etc.)
- familiarity with data center standards (TIA-942, Uptime Tier) and electrical codes (IEC/EN/NEC)
- experience with BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD Electrical)
- understanding of integrated electrical and cooling system design
- excellent English skills (written and spoken) — another European language is a plus
- willingness to travel across Europe up to 30% of the time
As data center facility solution manager, you’ll lead the technical side of the bid and solution process for hyperscale data center projects. From understanding the client’s needs to developing smart, high-level solutions and communicating their value, you’ll help us stay ahead of the competition.
Key responsibilities- lead pre-bid technical discussions with clients and consulting partners
- analyze tender requirements and define a competitive solution strategy
- collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to design optimal system architectures
- package technical features into clear, client-facing value propositions
- prepare and oversee professional technical bid proposals
- support technical clarifications and negotiations during the bid process
