System Delivery Manager

• Overseeing the end-to-end value chain from supplier to customer acceptance;
• Setting delivery, cost, quality and sustainability targets across products in Goals & Boundaries and business priorities;
• Collaborating with the sectors and program to realize the business priorities and secure business team requirements;
• Leading Business objectives on delivery, cost, quality and sustainability across products & sectors.

Context of the position

The System Delivery Manager is a senior manager and is part of the MPC System Delivery team.

Role and responsibilities

The System Delivery Manager secures the business requirements in the product team(s), by:

• Driving solutions with the sectors to secure and debottleneck:
  • Delivery (e.g., cycle time, output, ramp, order lead time);
  • Cost (Make & Install, service, cost of goods, E&O, NRE);
  • Quality (e.g., MNs, XLDs);
  • ESG (e.g., Re-Use, E&O).
• Driving sector ownership to execute upon targets;
• Securing and driving (longer term) business capability requirements (e.g., boat shipment, direct module shipment) in product design requirements.

Main focus points of the job

The role has two major focus points; 50% within MPC and 50% across BL APPs:

• MPC Cost and delivery (50%):
  • Secure YieldStar cost down initiatives are planned and executed as per commitment to reach gross margin target (Make and Install, Service and Cost of Goods);
  • Ensure delivery bottlenecks are followed up and resolved by the sectors and program;
  • Define, secure and monitor capability build-up plans for factories, supply chain and install.
• BL APPs (50%):
  • Represent BL Apps in ASML Prioritized Business Performance Initiatives by participating in BPI program and PSG;
  • Prepare, define and embed ESG strategy within BL Apps.

Education and experience

• MSc degree;
• 10+ yrs work experience, across multiple disciplines in high-tech, low-volume environment.

• Excellent professional communication in English. Dutch preferred.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
