About the role:

The Finance Team sits at the global intersection of critical analysis and operational function, housing Accounting, FP&A, and Corporate Development.

The Team is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner who can lead both Accounting and FP&A processes across our growing EMEA business. This is a newly created position that will report to the VP, Controller based out of Denver, Colorado. This position will work hand-in-hand with the Global Finance Team and be a business partner to Leadership across the EMEA region supporting Billing, General Accounting, Tax requirements, and Budgeting & Forecasting, amongst other things!

What you'll do:

• Perform month-end close activities such as supporting the monthly Billing process, Expense processing, Vendor payments and Customer collections, Budget vs Actual analysis, and Management Reporting.
• Help facilitate international tax requirements and local reporting.
• Support the local treasury function, expense policies, and other areas of the Accounting function as needed.
• Support Leadership in the execution of Agency deals including Financial modeling, tracking of business terms, and proper Accounting support as needed.
• Take Financial ownership of the EMEA P&L and analyze data, provide business insights, highlight trends, and identify areas of risk and opportunity.
• Lead the Budget and Forecast processes across the growing EMEA region including Sales, Revenue, Headcount, and Expense planning.
• Help lead quarterly Quota and Commission processes across the Sales organization.
• Ad hoc requests from VP, Controller, Leadership, and cross-functional teams.

What experience we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Excel; pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.
• Digital Advertising experience a plus
• Must be fluent in English and Dutch
