Join our dynamic and inclusive team at Givaudan as an IT Infrastructure Analyst Lead in the Taste & Wellbeing division. We are dedicated to driving growth, building customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities within the food industry.

As an Infrastructure Analyst Lead located in Naarden, you will be part of the regional EAME Network and Distributed Infrastructure Operations team. You will help manage the IT infrastructure projects and operations, to ensure functioning in the area of network and telecommunications, applications hosting, hardware and servers, according to business and IT needs.

You will report to the EAME NDI Operations Manager.

• Collaborate with Regional Service Desk and IT Competency Centre resources on projects.
• Help with feasibility analysis on potential future projects.
• Contribute to the design of local IT projects.
• Implement local IT projects.
• Build implementation of global projects locally.
• Maintain understanding of technology trends and directions.
• IT Infrastructure operations - Ensure the availability and continuity of the infrastructure services in their scope.
• Manage the technical solutions\' efficiency operated in the sites under your responsibility.
• Involved in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.
• Provide solutions based on Service Level Goals.
• Escalate recurring or impactful issues to problem managers.
• Contribute to the resolution of the problem following the priorities defined by the problem manager.
• Propose or recommend IM&T Infrastructure Services modifications.
• Maintain Infra Analyst Sr/Infra Analyst with their relevant activities.
• Lead small teams within the group for specific projects.
• Ensure all technical documentation is produced and updated.
• Assist other regions to deliver “Follow the Sun” support.
• Coordinate and help deliver relevant DR Tests.

• Ensure security rules implementation following the policies.

• Required university degree in IT IT-related field.
• Fluent English is required, and Fluent in local language is a plus.
• 5 to 10+ years of experience.
• Technical knowledge of IT, including broad knowledge of networking, servers, virtualisation, storage management, backup, mobility solutions, and disaster recovery strategies for systems deployed on multiple platforms.
• ITIL foundations or similar is a plus.
• Knowledgeable with tooling to automate monitoring and procedures.
