Senior Project Manager

Our client is looking for a proactive and technically driven Senior Project Manager to oversee the progress, coordination, and successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects—primarily within the European data center sector. In this role, you’ll manage every phase of the project lifecycle, from initial scope and planning through to execution and delivery.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring expectations are clearly aligned with project goals. You’ll collaborate with the sales team on technical requirements and translate them into concrete work packages for the engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation teams. You’ll monitor milestones, manage capacity needs, and steer projects to success—on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

With a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, you’ll play a vital role in shaping technical outcomes while maintaining financial oversight. This is a high-impact position in a fast-growing, internationally oriented organization that values initiative, ownership, and collaboration. You’ll be part of a project management team of 15 colleagues with a broad range of technical expertise.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, preferably in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment
• Experience with (emergency) power systems is a strong plus
• Strong technical insight and the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions
• Structured, organized, and proactive project leadership approach
• Willingness to travel to client and project sites across Europe
• Excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license (B)
