SAP Analytics & Reporting Expert/Manager

• Completed Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in data & analytics or related field.
• A proven track record of delivering impactful (ERP) data and analytics solutions.
• Experience with SAP Reporting and Analytics technologies including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Embedded Analytics, and SAP Datasphere (preferably certified)
• A robust understanding of ERP functional process areas, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and running pre-sales activities including RFPs, demos, or other client engagement.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to distil complexity into clear, concise insights.
• Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills.
• A comprehensive professional network and significant commercial acumen.
• You are proficient in English, both verbally and in writing. If you speak Dutch, this is a really strong bonus (but not essential)

• Lead and manage client engagements in Data & Analytics within multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level colleagues, offering guidance and support.
• Bring our (SAP) Data & Analytics propositions to the market.
• Thought leadership on the latest developments in the domain of (SAP) Data & Analytics.
• Engage with senior executives on data and process optimisation initiatives.

• Manage the development and implementation of innovative reporting solutions using technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Sphere, SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Business Data Cloud to provide actionable insights for our clients.
• Being responsible for Reporting as part of an S/4 transformation project.
• Advise clients on setting up a future-proof reporting stack with SAP solutions.
• Improve and streamline reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and relevance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth.
• Being responsible for pre-sales, sales and delivery of Reporting & Analytics projects.
• Being responsible for the management and delivery of Data & Analytics projects and deliverables in terms of scope, timelines, and budget.
• Crafting and delivering tailored reporting and analytics solutions and communicating impactful results to senior executives at clients.
• Developing and inspiring (junior/medior) colleagues through coaching on the job as well as in their career path as their development manager.
• Driving business development and sales initiatives including proposals, bids and RFP responses in the Data & Analytics area in close collaboration with sales teams.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their business needs and challenges.
