Your jobAs a senior technical web analytics specialist, you will support a wide range of stakeholders in implementing and optimizing our generic data layer. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient implementation of pixels for campaigns run by e‑commerce and brand teams. Additionally, you will ensure that the data layer supports and tracks new functionalities of the bank across both web and app applications. You will develop scalable front‑end solutions and explore how AI can be leveraged to further improve processes.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating these into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to data layer implementation or analytics tracking.
- Proactively identifying potential risks in data tracking or pixel implementation and addressing them effectively.
- Documenting best practices and creating guidelines for efficient implementation of the data layer for different teams.
- Keeping up‑to‑date with the latest trends in web analytics, AI, and front‑end technologies to bring innovation to the team.
You’ll be joining a small and close‑knitted team of 5‑6 people, where an informal and friendly atmosphere allows for collaboration and growth. - Experience implementing Paid Advertising tools, including Google Ads and DV360.
- Proficiency in Social Advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and their implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Marketing).
- Experience with cloud‑based data solutions is a plus.
