Compliance Research Analyst

Our multidisciplinary Compliance & Legal team is looking for a proactive Research Analyst who wants to go beyond textbooks and make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll be a fully involved member of the team, working at the crossroads of law, compliance, and business. You won’t just observe — you’ll actively contribute to meaningful projects that matter.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience with a wide variety of legal and regulatory topics, such as:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Researching and advising on complex financial regulations, including MiFID II, Wft, AML (Wwft), and MAR
• Supporting real compliance cases and regulatory initiatives in a dynamic business environment

This position is ideal if you’re eager to build practical legal skills, strengthen your regulatory knowledge, and explore how law operates in an international, fast‑paced organization — all while developing a strong foundation for your future career.

• Drafting, reviewing, and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts;
• Conducting in‑depth legal and regulatory research on complex (compliance) matters;
• Supporting compliance‑related tasks and contributing to regulatory projects;
• Collaborating closely with multiple departments across LYNX, gaining insight into the business as a whole.

• Student in an LLB or an LLM;
• Previous legal work‑related experience (internship, job, or volunteering);
• An enthusiastic and proactive team player with a strong work ethic;
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently;
• A hands‑on problem solver, adept at working autonomously and collaboratively;
• You are Native or professional speaking Dutch;
