Position Overview
We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Infrastructure Service Manager to join our IT team based in Amsterdam. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical management of our Private and Public Cloud offering, minimize downtime and improve stability. You are accountable for ensuring that vendors are performing in line with their contractual agreements and defining the overall strategy of how all vendors interact with our IT Infrastructure and Operations team, in order to fulfil the needs of the business.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Infrastructure operations related to our Datacenter and Cloud landscape.
- Steer any Major Incident when required and ensure timely resolution of Incidents.
- Control and ensure Change implementation related to Infrastructure.
- Regularly review infrastructure operations and performance, ensuring KPI’s are met.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation by the Operations team.
- Accountable for the efficiency of infrastructure relating to Cloud & Data Centre Services.
- Manage operation, health, and security of a multi-site domain.
As Service Manager, you will also be responsible for developing relationships with stakeholders:
- Develop stakeholder engagement framework.
- Define KPI’s to measure service quality.
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement plan.
- Develop a technical roadmap for Infrastructure.
- Harmonize and standardize operations and technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create the service roadmap.

Experience / Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure service management
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support in an MS Azure environment
- Experience working in cross-functional teams on a European or Global level
- Experience in driving Service Providers
- Experience in a DevSecOps environment is a plus
