Client Reporting Senior Specialist

As a Client Reporting Senior Specialist, you ensure that the data in the reports are complete and correct. You are responsible for the timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You are also responsible for the timely and correct delivery of the invoicing process of our institutional customers. You will also act as a sparring partner for our colleagues from the front office and management.

You also have the following tasks:

• Constantly review the processes and improve them where necessary
• Identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions and inaccuracies in the client reports
• Participate in various projects and client onboardings
• Create and maintain work manuals.

• A bachelor's degree, ideally in the financial field
• 3-5 years of experience in institutional client reporting, within the asset management sector
• Integrity and quality-oriented
• Good mastery of English, both oral and written.

The Client Reporting department provides investment reports for our institutional clients. Client portfolios are constructed using various investment instruments (including investment funds, individual investments, and alternative investments) and the portfolios are often housed in complex (legal) structures. Interpreting, calculating, and reporting various investment-specific portfolio characteristics at different levels (such as return, risk, exposure, and attribution) are the core tasks of the department.

The aim of the investment reports is to give the customer control over their assets. This allows the customer to make well-considered investment decisions.

• A gross monthly salary between €4416 and €5524, commensurate with your knowledge and experience.
