The Team

Our Supply Chain Management department is comprised of dedicated professionals, including warehouse employees, buyers, expedition and customs officers, and the Supply Chain Manager. Together, this diverse team of talented individuals is committed to ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations across all aspects of our supply chain.

These are your tasks and responsibilities.

As an Expedition & Customs Officer, you are specialized in the optimal organization of transport orders to ensure seamless delivery of required articles and materials. Your role entails accurate coordination to guarantee that items are delivered in full, on time, and to the correct locations. You excel in transport coordination, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.

The scope of your work is international, stationed at our office and warehouse located in Rotterdam (the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

• Accept transport orders and ensure that the correct batches of articles and materials are prepared.
• Organize the transport of the batches at the carrier.
• Ensure the handling of the administrative activities associated with the transport of the goods.
• Ensure the handling of customs formalities.
• Maintain transport schedules and communicates about this with internal customers.
• Adaptable for various tasks within the warehouse environment.

This is what we ask of you:

• 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience in maritime industry is a plus.
• Finished at least vocational education (mbo4).
