Your responsibilities- Cross-border business development and commercial activities focused on prospecting and increasing revenue for our clients.
- Manage and execute small and large scale projects such as high profile trade missions, matchmaking sessions, partner searches for clients, etc.
- Occasional travel to attend trade fairs, trade missions, and events.
- Administrative activities such as invoicing, scanning and sharing receipts with the company accountant, procuring office supplies.
- Regular activities such as phone calls, emailing, and keeping CRM up to date.
- 3–5 days per week (24-40 hours/week).
- 1 year contract with the aim to extend this to indefinite contract.
- Onboarding with seniors and country managers.

Your profile- 2–3 years commercial or business development experience.
- Available 3–5 days per week (24-40 hours/week).
- Must speak a professional level of Dutch and English.
- Preferably, speak a 3rd and 4th language as well (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese).
- Affinity with international business.
- Responsible and assertive.
- Work precisely and independently.
- Has experience in managing projects or accounts.
- Able to work on location from our headquarters in Rotterdam.
