Our Team

Our Quality Assurance (QA) team plays a crucial role in ensuring the consistently high quality of both our products and our manufacturing processes. We collaborate closely with various departments to identify and resolve issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our production site. We are the driving force behind maintaining quality standards and implementing new quality assurance processes.

What You Will Do

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be the pivot for resolving quality issues and driving process improvements. You will work closely with colleagues from Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and the Global Quality Assurance team to continually raise the bar for quality.

Working with the Marketing and Product teams to define and validate Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters.

Guiding new products and processes through the relevant control systems to ensure that launches run smoothly from the beginning.

Working closely with Customer Service in order to gain customer insights and translate these into internal action points.

Analyzing, documenting, and reporting both internal quality data and customer complaints, and converting findings into concrete process improvements.

Following up on and embedding process improvements, and documenting these changes in the relevant quality systems.

Offering support to and collaborating with the Quality Controllers team in carrying out quality reviews.

Coordinating improvements and aligning quality initiatives with the Global Quality Assurance team.

Performing internal audits and guiding corrective actions related to quality focus areas.

Do you hold a degree in a technical field such as Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering?

Do you have demonstrable and relevant work experience as a Quality Engineer?

Are you fluent in English, both spoken and written, to collaborate with our international team?

Are you capable of maintaining a proactive attitude and convincing colleagues of the importance of quality?

Are you willing to travel occasionally for training, audits, or team meetings?

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of and experience with Lean methodology (preferred).
• Experience in performing internal audits and drafting corrective action plans.
• Demonstrable experience in a rapidly changing, dynamic manufacturing environment.
