We do this by our fast and flexible way of working, we are setting the trend with weekly new drops to inspire the young fashion-minded and we are working hard on expanding our presence internationally. About the role

As our Digital (Graphic)Designer, you'll be responsible for the creation and delivery of a variety of visual output for all of our channels. You’ll be working closely with the colleagues from campaign and design to execute the LOAVIES vision. You bring strong technical graphic design skills across Adobe CS and can work on the execution of different visuals, designs, and animations with both offline and online experience. You report to our Head of Campaign Marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Create awesome new concepts, formats and content for all our channels and touch points;
• Take part in concepting and campaigning meetings, as required;
• Being able to visually translate strategy and briefings into visuals, and bringing your own ideas to the table as well;
• Design campaigns and website assets to inspire our customer, and input them into DATO, our CMS system, to bring them to life digitally;
• Being a creative problem solver who is able to “show your work”: Expressing your vision with references, clarity, and enthusiasm;
• Provide technical advice and tips & tricks to young, talented team members;
• Giving constructive feedback to direct colleagues on assets, workflows, or processes with the goal of improvements.

About you

You are really excited about bringing your experience to LOAVIES and create the best possible branding experience. These are the skills and experience we hope you bring:

• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—in particular Photoshop, AfterEffects, XD, and Illustrator. Motion graphic experience is a plus;
• Knowledge of function and scope of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest);
• A good portfolio of assets with your application. A small work assignment may be required to better understand your creative thinking and approach;
• Pragmatic and hands‑on, you are able to get things done;
• You enjoy the fast pace of a growing company and love fashion & branding;
