Your key responsibilities:Drive Digital Transformation: You don’t just follow processes; you improve them. You’ll lead projects focused on automation and digitalization to bring our Payroll and T&A services to the next level.
Systems Excellence: You’ll be the go-to expert for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the MyTime system.
Precision Payroll: From weekly processing to KPI monitoring, you ensure every payslip is accurate and every audit requirement is met.
Strategic Collaboration: You’ll act as the key point of contact for associates and business units, and partner closely with 3rd‑party providers and our Rewards & Benefits teams.
Continuous Learning: You’ll keep our documentation sharp and stay ahead of legal regulations and policy changes.
Proven Expertise: Solid experience in payroll processing and a deep understanding of Time & Attendance systems.
Analytical Power: Advanced Excel skills and a knack for system reconciliations and data analysis.
Communication Skills: Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
