👩💻 Your impact

As CMO Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our outsourced manufacturing operations. Your mission is to make sure our partners can deliver the components and kits we need on time, at the right quality, and at the right cost. This means taking ownership of scaling production from hundreds of pumps per week to thousands per month, managing the complexity of multiple product lines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly as we prepare for the launch of our new product.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to solve problems, improve processes, and keep production moving. When challenges arise, whether it’s a design issue, a capacity bottleneck, or a yield loss, you’ll lead the effort to find solutions and implement changes. Success in this role means building strong relationships, maintaining control over ongoing projects, and making sure our supply chain can deliver on its promises. Your work will have a direct impact on getting life‑changing technology into the hands of people who need it most.

🔧 What you’ll take on

In your role, you will:

• Act as the main operational and technical point of contact for our Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs).
• Manage day‑to‑day coordination with suppliers to ensure production meets agreed targets for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Drive scaling initiatives as we move from hundreds of pumps per week to thousands per month, including capacity expansion and throughput optimisation.
• Lead projects focused on yield improvement, cost reduction, and process stabilisation at CMOs.
• Support new product launches and continuous improvements, ensuring readiness of processes and equipment.
• Oversee contract management, planning, and implementation of changes across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement) and external partners to align priorities and resolve issues quickly.
• Travel occasionally to suppliers in Europe and Asia to strengthen relationships and tackle challenges on‑site.

📌 What you bring

• A strong technical background in mechanical engineering, supply chain, or industrialisation.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, technical project management, or outsourced production environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, scaling organisation.
• Hands‑on experience with assembly or manufacturing processes and a solid understanding of industrialisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to finding solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across cultures and technical disciplines.
• Bonus points for experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices), Lean methodologies, and continuous improvement.
