CSA Engineer

Project Management

Support the end-to-end management of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) packages within data centre construction projects.

Technical Oversight

Ensure all CSA aspects are completed in line with technical specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.

Coordination

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and architectural disciplines, ensuring effective integration of CSA elements.

Quality Assurance

Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards.

Health & Safety

Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with safety guidelines and local regulations.

Cost & Schedule Management

Assist in managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring that CSA packages are delivered on time and within budget.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison

Act as the primary point of contact for CSA matters, providing technical advice and updates to clients and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in CSA roles, preferably within the data centre or high‑tech sectors.
• Skills:
  • Strong technical expertise in civil, structural, and architectural engineering.
  • Proficiency with relevant design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
