Freelance Salesforce Test Lead / Test Manager
For an internal client‑side role, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Lead / Test Manager to support a greenfield Salesforce implementation. The role focuses on challenging the implementation partner, establishing internal testing capability, and hands‑on test execution and coordination.
- Define and own the overall test strategy and test approach
- Challenge and review the partner's test plans, scope, and deliverables
- Coordinate and execute system, integration, and UAT testing
- Ensure test quality, defect management, and release readiness
- Set up test governance, reporting, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Proven experience as Test Lead / Test Manager in Salesforce implementations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales / Service Cloud) testing
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Ability to operate independently in a client-side, hands‑on role
- 40 hours, 6 months, with the possibility to extend
- Zuid-holland Region
- 1 day or less onsite
