This role will be responsible for the sales at assigned territory level for a group of customers, by undertaking activities to develop and expand the market and sales within that pool of customers.* Development of customer (Growers & Channel Partners both) plans to ensure proper implementation and execution of the tactical plans.* Development and maintenance of business relationships with (potential) customers to promote brand awareness and secure profitable relationships.* Cooperate to maintain a trustful and healthy working environment within the Marketing and Sales team & PD team* Keep up to date about (developments in) the Enza Zaden product range and provide reliable technical advice to customers in order to have our varieties successfully grown and have new varieties tested.* Collection of market and customer data and supply thereof to the market intelligence team. Monitoring of market trends (i.e. Varieties) and competitor activity to identify market opportunities and threats and reporting this to the Sales Manager.* Timely Payment collection from channel partners* Complaint handling with stake holders and report to line manager.* Accountable for leading, developing, motivating and coaching the assigned team members* Liasioning with Local Agriculture Dept As a future colleague at Enza Zaden India Pvt. Ltd, you bring* ## 3-6 yrs of experience in Sales & Marketing , preferably in vegetable seed company or agri-input industry.* You have a strong orientation toward customer feedback.* Driven by a focus on achieving results and sales targets.* Possess strong communication and negotiation skills* Agricultural background with 3-6 yrs Yrs experience in Agri Industry* Are a team Player* Maintains excellent driving abilities while prioritizing safety at all times.* Must be proficient in the local language.* Must have basic knowledge of MS office suite.
