Senior Business Analyst - Data & Systems Integration

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business needs.
• Map business processes to system and solution designs, recommending efficient custom or product-based solutions.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, technical documents, and integration requirements to support development teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives through workflow optimization and technology adoption.
• Support testing activities, including manual and automation testing coordination, defect tracking, and validation of business requirements.
• Assist in system rollouts, enhancements, and post-implementation support activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, knowledge repositories, and support materials throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8–10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, technology-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies, requirement elicitation, and documentation standards.
• Hands‑on experience working with databases, particularly MySQL, for data analysis and validation.
• Solid understanding of system integration concepts and end‑to‑end application workflows.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams across business, technology, and leadership groups.
• Exposure to testing processes, defect management, and supporting successful system implementations.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• complex business problems and translate them into structured, implementable solutions.
• Evaluate solution options and recommend the most efficient and scalable approach.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within existing business processes.
• Support quality assurance efforts by validating requirements and ensuring solution accuracy.
• Adapt to changing requirements and contribute proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
