Finance IT Manager

As Finance IT Manager, you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of the financial domain across various international operating companies. This includes supporting and refining processes around royalties, general ledger, reporting, and more. The domain is evolving quickly—new subsidiaries are being established, royalty systems are being realigned, and process exceptions are common. You’ll help bring structure, direction, and scalability.

You’ll work closely with solution architects, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to align processes and technology. Your role will balance strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, always with the goal of helping the broader group grow responsibly and effectively. And at the core of it all: making education better, for more learners, in more classrooms.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking and working
• At least 5 years of experience in process optimization within an ERP environment
• Experience with Netsuite is a strong plus
• Familiarity with the publishing or education industry is a bonus
• Strong process‑driven mindset
• Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Able to lead solution direction and facilitate decision‑making
• Analytical, communicative, and self‑driven
• Fluent in English (Dutch not required)

• Up to €8,100 gross monthly salary based on 40 hours
