Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in leading and shaping advanced data projects, leveraging your extensive experience to apply sophisticated analytics and drive the development of innovative, data-driven solutions. This role requires a professional with a deep and comprehensive understanding of data science principles, methodologies, and tools. In addition to technical proficiency, successful applicants should possess a strategic approach to support the overall direction of data initiatives. The position demands a proven track record of impactful contributions in the field and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

We anticipate that candidates have the following personal qualities and professional qualifications:

• A university degree or equivalent qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics;
• From 2-5 years of relevant work experience;
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with data manipulation libraries;
• Experience with AI tools;
• Advanced proficiency in cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data, with a focus on extracting strategic and valuable insights to drive high-level decision-making;
• Demonstrate a senior-level comprehension of the complexities involved in creating and implementing sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms;
• Take a leadership role in the preparation of comprehensive reports and visualizations for stakeholders, emphasizing the ability to communicate complex findings at a senior executive level;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives;
• Staying informed about the latest trends and techniques in data science;
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and collaborative environment;
• Fluency in English;
