US Tax Specialist

As we are continuously growing, we are looking for new team members to expand our consulting division.

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in tax technology and the economics and business areas of transfer pricing in a dynamic and multinational environment.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Assisting in overall direct tax-related matters for in-charge entities, including business projects, acquisition projects, or other projects;
• Assisting in overview and administering direct tax compliance to ensure the filings are accurate and fully in line with local tax law and regulations;
• Collaborating with a team of professionals handling complex tax issues and regulatory work within the OECD Pillar Two framework;
• Establishing awareness and processes around the importance of tax accounting to US GAAP and IFRS reporting companies in light of Pillar Two;
• Identifying the consequences of a client’s transfer pricing policies, i.e., tax leakages, misalignment with accounting, and uncertain tax positions;
• Management of transfer pricing studies;
• Providing insights into the transfer pricing treatments from a US perspective; and
• Research of tax implications of clients regarding acquisitions, restructurings, and accounting policies.

• A university degree or equivalent qualification in law, business, economics or US GAAP-based accounting;
• Ability and interest in learning to apply new technology solutions for tax reporting and analytics;
• Ability to advise on the reconciliation of tax, local and US GAAP;
• An aptitude for strong client relationship management;
• An interest in providing a US perspective on transfer pricing and tax accounting;
• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in a US-tax-based environment;
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English;
• Experience in the area of US Tax from the perspectives of Tax Accounting, Transfer Pricing, USA Corporate Income Tax; and
• Outstanding computer programs and software usage skills.
