• Effective Communication: Engage with customers via email and phone, providing prompt and accurate information.
• Order Flow Management: Oversee the order and quotation processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Customer Support Pro: Address customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and implement necessary changes to ensure satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and expand customer relationships, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Field Experience: Occasionally accompany our Account Managers on customer visits to deliver exceptional service and support.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a technical organization.
• Experience with B2B clients.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1); fluency in Dutch is required.
