Job description: Work Planner

As a Work Planner working 40 hours per week, you will operate in a dynamic environment across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, high-end food, semiconductor, solar industries, and aerospace sectors. You will work both independently and as part of a team to successfully realize projects. Do you have the ability to think along with our customers and employees? Are you precise in your work? Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the primary process in series production or project work through various activities such as planning, initiating production and assembly, determining work methods and sequences, translating drawings into working drawings, orders, and parts lists.
2. Performing supporting tasks in calculation, purchasing, and sales.
3. Working independently and in a team to ensure successful project realization.
4. Ensuring the process runs optimally.
5. Checking working drawings from suppliers and requirement specifications from customers based on a comprehensive understanding of technology and preconditions.
6. Collaborating closely with the production manager and supporting the preparatory (quotation), implementation, and final phases of projects.
7. Establishing working methods, work plans, and determining material needs and equipment usage.
8. Managing all activities related to project preparation and planning, including purchasing, project data administration, and planning.
9. Maintaining contact with all executive teams and external parties, identifying bottlenecks early, and taking appropriate action.
10. Preparing quotations and other related tasks.
