SAP S/4 HANA (Procurement)

We are seeking experienced professionals to actively participate in sales process, design and delivery of SAP S/4 HANA procurement (MM) solution both greenfield and brownfield. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership, should demonstrate strong communication skills, practical expertise, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement solutions.

• Defining and Documenting Requirements: You are expected to analyze and solve business requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to Accenture or client needs.
• Developing an Integrated Enterprise View: Using industry-standard techniques, you create cohesive frameworks that support solution development.
• Gathering and Analyzing Information: This involves translating business needs into project specifications, which are the foundation for building effective solutions.
• Identifying Functional Changes: You pinpoint necessary changes for new or existing features, ensuring solutions remain relevant and effective.
• Evaluating Functional Specifications: By ensuring that documented use cases and requirements, you provide clear guidance for system changes or new features, which are essential for solution implementation.
• Working on Solution, Strategy, and Functionality: You actively demonstrate functional solutions to business stakeholders, IT clients, and development teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Providing Solutions to Complex Problems: Your expertise is leveraged to solve challenging business issues, with solutions implemented by your team.

• Independent Decision-Making: You determine methods and procedures for new assignments, which often involve selecting the best solution approach.
• Setting Strategic Direction: You help establish near-term goals, guiding the team toward solution-oriented objectives.
• Senior Management Interaction including C-Level: You negotiate and influence significant matters, often related to solution adoption and strategic alignment.
• Latitude in Decision-Making: You have the autonomy to determine objectives and approaches for critical assignments, which includes choosing and refining solutions.

• Implementing SAP S/4 Cloud and On-Premise solutions (both public and private) for Sourcing & Procurement. Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass is considered an advantage and will be highly valued.
• Performing business system analysis involving requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and product implementation.
• Working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects.
• Delivering requirements for structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies (JIRA, ALM tool, visio, Signavio, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology
• Bachelors Degree in computer science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field or relevant experience
