Digital Product Owner

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced product owner OMP to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The product owner lies within the Planning west team, in the EPDM Zone. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Planning Lead West. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of CTSP (conformance to solver plan) of OMP will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within the digital end of end planning system solutions.

In brief, you are responsible for:

• Own and lead the OMP POD team, implementation of the different project to improve the plan quality (1.1MM USD saving and 2.1MM USD cash benefit across next 3 years);
• Accountable to deliver the CSTP (conformance to solver plan) target;
• Be a close partner to both the IT and supply chain teams, with the objective to provide constant visibility on the overall impact of the project to the company, to enable the right prioritization of projects and resources;
• Track and manage the project budget (1.2MM USD CY25);
• Responsible for OMP vendor alignment for roadmap / resources / new product developments;
• Set and optimize the agile POD ways of working;
• Drive the standardization of sustainable processes and tools within the zone for digital end to end solutions;

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Masters Degree in International Business / Supply Chain or Logistics and Trading Management
• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Subject matter knowledge: Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment as well as OMOP knowledge.
• Previous formative experience – Leaderships skills and previous experience coaching, developing and leading teams
• Strong leadership and influencing skills required to ensure alignment and delivery of project objectives.
• Good knowledge of MS office
